Roof coating for a homeowner postponing replacement
An aging roof left one Corona homeowner weighing necessary upkeep against the cost of a full replacement. Replacement was beyond their budget at the time, so they needed an approach that took their immediate financial limits into account.
Unico recommended coating the existing roof with the goal of helping prolong its usable life. We completed the coating work, keeping the project focused on the roof already in place. The recommendation reflected this homeowner’s circumstances; it does not mean coating is the right choice for every aging roof.
Stucco followed by Thorocoat on a wall with water entry
