How do I know if my property needs waterproofing?
Recurring leaks, damp areas after rain, peeling finishes, or water entering at wall connections are reasons to investigate. Describe where and when the problem occurs; a stain alone does not identify the entry point.
Is interior or exterior basement waterproofing better?
The appropriate approach depends on the source of moisture, the building, and access. Work on the outside of a wall and water management inside a basement address different conditions. Discuss the cause before choosing a system.
Can waterproofing help with mold?
Controlling the moisture source is an important part of preventing recurring mold. Existing mold may also need separate cleanup; waterproofing is not a substitute for mold remediation.
