Unico Construction completed a full masonry and concrete rebuild for a residential property in Sunnyside, Queens. The existing structure showed significant deterioration — including cracked brickwork, failing mortar joints, and uneven settlement. To restore stability and enhance long-term performance, our team demolished the damaged brick and rebuilt the perimeter walls with new bricks laid for strength and visual uniformity. The new structure offers enhanced load-bearing capacity and a cleaner, more durable appearance that integrates seamlessly with the home’s exterior brickwork.
Scope of Work
• Carefully demolished the deteriorated brick façade, loose masonry, and unstable concrete topping
• Excavated and prepared the base area to ensure proper footing support and long-term structural stability
• Rebuilt the entire brick structure using high-quality masonry units laid in clean, uniform, and structurally sound courses
• Tied new brickwork into the existing structure for added strength and seamless appearance
